Hi - I'm David,

I'm based in Auckland and travel as well, and I'm available for everything from your wedding ceremony and canapés, right through to managing speeches with a wireless mic, and packing out the dancefloor til the small hours with my energetic live-looping set.

If you're going to sing at my wedding - who are you?
This is me right before the ceremony up in Matakana getting ready to manage the wireless mic levels from my ipad so everybody hears things clearly - and of course making faces for the lovely photographer Dasha.
Good question - here's a little bit more about me!
I've been playing guitar since I was 14, and singing from about the same time. And yep - I'm still working on improving both of those things - which is a fun adventure that I expect I'll be doing for my lifetime!
I've had the pleasure of playing many beautiful weddings, as well as corporate events for the likes of Air New Zealand, The AA Association, Coca-Cola, The Dairy Women's Network, FMANZ, and many more. It truly is a joy to bring my vibes and skills to set the mood for your special day - as well as get to hear your stories of romance and love during speeches and your ceremony.
I've also been fortunate to have an amazing solo career writing and releasing my own music (which you can find here). This has seen me tour internationally, be featured on Seven Sharp multiple times, appear on the Good Morning Show, and get to open for Foreigner, Heart, and Three Dog Night! I've even had a #1 single on iTunes with a cover of 'Jessie' by Joshua Kadison that I released with my father.
I feel pretty lucky and grateful to get to do what I do, and bring music, smiles, and joy to all sorts of events and occasions. I'm also a bit of a tech nerd making sure everything sounds amazing.
